GRADUAN, a leading platform connecting fresh graduates with potential employers, successfully organised its annual career fair from 20th – 21st May 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The event brought together thousands of job seekers and top-notch employers from various industries.
Sime Darby Oils (SDO) actively participated in the career fair and showcased its Graduate Accelerated Programme (GAP). Unlike previous years, SDO went beyond virtual promotion and set up a physical booth, providing face-to-face interactions with candidates. As the Platinum sponsor, SDO demonstrated its commitment to nurturing talent and fostering career growth.
The career fair was a resounding success, with over 50,000 visitors exploring diverse career opportunities presented by top employers. SDO received an overwhelming response, collecting over 14,000 resumes, including 4,000 from first-class achievers.
Additionally, SDO is seeking public support in the Graduan Brand Awards to be recognised as the Most Preferred Employer. Winning this accolade would solidify SDO’s reputation as an employer of choice dedicated to empowering the next generation of professionals.
