Sustainability

Transparency, certification and effective management of supply chain risks

We recognise the importance of managing supply chain sustainability through effective traceability and transparency. Through our Responsible Sourcing Guidelines, we seek to include our stakeholders and communities in our sustainable supply chain journey.

Fair Labour Practices

We respect the rights of all our employees by ensuring favourable working conditions, eradicating any form of exploitation, honouring freedom of association and providing equal opportunities and a safe, healthy work environment.

Conservation and Restoration of Biodiversity

We recognise the inherent value of forests, their ecosystems and biodiversity. Through our no-deforestation policy and multi-stakeholder engagements, we seek to protect, conserve and restore forest landscapes.

Tackling Climate Change

We are committed to reducing our climate change impacts and enhance our resilience by managing our greenhouse gas emissions, carbon footprint, consumption of resources as well as waste management.

Ensuring Food Safety and Security

We promote responsible consumption and production by adopting and enhancing leading quality and sustainability standards across our value chains.

Protecting Community Rights

We work with and empower local communities towards inclusive development of the areas in which we operate. We respect the right to land and the right to self-determination of indigenous peoples, customary land rights holders to give or withhold consent to proposed projects.
